It feels like an app in beta, pretending that it is a fully-released product. For years, the Honeywell version worked without any problems. This version is constantly crashing and asking me to setup. It keeps contacting me with notifications saying it cannot connect, even though the internet works perfectly.
Unfortunately I am forced to use it. I've had them for a number of years. When the app was branded as Honeywell.

My thermostat is visible every time I launch the app. It's not a temporary issue, but it happens all the time. When you try to change your schedules, the app crashes repeatedly. These issues were not present in the Honeywell Home app. I will be manually setting my thermostat until this issue is resolved.
Even worse, even though it says the internet is not working, it opens an app that shows it has connected. To adjust the scheduling, it takes several attempts. I have to tap the weather icon multiple times before it has any data. It takes me so long to open the app that I'm unsure if it is frozen, or should I just wait. It's very nice to be able to use geofencing and manually override the system at each scheduled change.
Data safety
I wish it displays the temperature right from the locations screen since I have multiple thermostats. In addition, it would nice to track the daily, weekly and monthly usage. Overall, I love this brand because it has the ability to grant user access without sharing the user and password with others.

This app is now buggy and frustrated due to the name change. In the last two days, it hasn't been able to open. I had to go over the feature overview panel again when it opened.
